    Delivery Service

    For your safety, orders over $1000 require an adult signature. Weather Delays and Customs Issues: Inclement weather and customs issues may cause delivery delays or rescheduling. Royal-diana.com is not liable for weather-related delays or refunds of shipping fees. However, we will resend packages that fail to clear customs.

    Tracking Your Order

    We will send you a tracking number and estimated delivery date via email (or SMS). You can also use the tracking number in the email or on the carrier's website to check the status of your order.

    Estimated Delivery Date

    We have calculated the estimated delivery date for your order. The estimated delivery date for each item will be displayed on the product information page, shopping cart, checkout process, and order confirmation page.

    However, the following factors may cause changes to the estimated delivery date:

    • Delays in credit approval
    • Weather delays
    • Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
    • APO/FPO/DPO orders shipped through the Military Postal Service (MPSA)

    • Time needed for personalized and special orders
    • Items shipped from different locations on different dates*

    Yes, the jewelry you buy from Diana is consistent with the styles and details of the pieces displayed in the glass cases.

    Will my package be detained? Will I receive a letter from customs for purchasing jewelry from Diana?

    Your package will be safely transported through our selected logistics provider. During customs clearance, 99% of orders pass through directly. In rare cases where clearance is not possible due to special circumstances, we will reship your order free of charge. You do not need to pay any customs fees or tariffs, as we take full responsibility for your package from start to finish.

    Diana Return & Exchange Policy

    At Diana, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

    Return Criteria

    Returns are accepted under the following conditions unless the product has defects or quality issues:

    1. Resalable Condition:
      • The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
      • All product tags must be intact.
      • Accessories must be free from damage or stains.
    2. Timeframe:
      • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
    3. Fees:
      • A 30% administrative fee will be charged per returned package.
      • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If not covered, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    4. Non-Returnable Items:
      • Customized sizes or materials.
      • FORCE10 bracelet bands (for hygiene reasons).

    Important: Please contact us before returning any items.

    Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please report it within 30 days of delivery with photographic proof. We will provide a replacement. Note:

    • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for items that are too small or too large.
    • Complete size information is provided, and it is the customer’s responsibility to measure before purchasing.

    Refund Details

    1. Refund Process:
      • Upon receiving the returned item, Diana will refund the original purchase price minus a 30% administrative fee.
    2. Shipping Address Issues:
      • If the shipping address provided is inaccurate or incomplete, refunds will only be issued if the order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Diana.
    3. Lost Packages:
      • For lost packages within the United States, we will offer a replacement or refund. This policy applies only to packages that were never delivered. If the package was delivered but not received, you must contact the post office and file a claim.

    Exchange Policy

    To initiate an exchange:

    1. Contact Us: Reach out for approval before proceeding.
    2. Return the Item: Include a printed copy of your email invoice with the returned item, noting the desired exchange product.
    3. Processing: Once received, we will review your request within 48 hours and ship the new product.

    Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

    The following items do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

    1. Products that do not meet the "30-day unconditional return" criteria.
    2. Products improperly used, including exposure to chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, solvents, cooking oils, or excessive heat.
    3. Products not sold by Diana.
    4. Products with external scratches from hard objects or internal wear causing looseness or cracking.
